What To Bring

WHAT TO BRING:

We recommend that you pack lightly for your trip, as dress is most definitely casual on board. Please consider using soft luggage, able to be folded for stowing away, to maximise your cabin space.

However lightly you pack, there are some items we would consider to be essential, and bear in mind the Scottish weather can be very unpredictable:

  • Waterproof Jacket & trousers
  • Non-marking soft-soled deck shoes or trainers
  • Deck boots / sailing wellies (for your comfort whilst sailing)
  • Warm Hat & Gloves
  • Sunglasses
  • Peaked cap/hat (sun)
  • Sunscreen
  • Fleece or warm jumper
  • Towel & Toiletries
  • Camera
  • Sleeping bag

We provide:

  • Lifejackets, harnesses & safety lines.
  • Pillows & pillowcases
  • Blankets
  • Hand towels & Pot towels

Should you wish to save yourself the trouble of packing a sleeping bag, we will provide a bag for an additional fee: £5 up to 5 days, £10 up to 10 days. Please indicate on the booking form if you want to hire a sleeping bag.

Should you not have suitable waterproofs, you can hire these from us for your trip. These cost £10 for up to 5 days, £20 up to 10 days. These are available in S, M, L or XL sizes. Again, please indicate on the booking form if you want us to reserve a set for you.

Charges for hire of equipment will be added to your invoice.
